Christine Wille is the new general manager of Bloom Bakery. Coming on board in May 2017, she is excited to be part of this growing bakery and is intrigued and enthralled by the mission.
She loves the idea of being a part of the Bloom and Towards Employment team. Christine has an extensive background in restaurant management and hospitality. Previously, she was the party director of catering for Moxie the Restaurant for 15 years and the party coordinator for Fire Food and Drink for 4 years
Christine attended the University of Akron with a focus on restaurant management and culinary experience. She is originally from Medina, OH. Christine is a current resident of Cleveland Heights and is particularly proud of her son, Brandon, who is a member of the Navy Reserve.
She does have one complaint: “The artisan food is so great, but I am having a tough time getting round to trying everything out!”
Christine is responsible for all bakery operations, including a staff of 14 who work at Bloom’s two locations on Euclid Avenue. She encourages everybody to say hello when they stop by for some of Bloom’s delicious treats or to place a catering order.
